How do I book a ride with RNR?

There are multiple ways to book a ride with RNR.  Download our app, use our website or call our toll-free number to speak with one of our reservationists 24 hours a day.  

Do you do background checks on all your drivers?
<

Yes, every one of our chauffeurs are thoroughly vetted.  As a company that transports dignitaries from around the world, safety and discretion are our top priority.

What if my flight is delayed, will the driver wait for me?

Of course!  We already allot 30 - 60 minutes of wait time for every flight.  Past our set wait time there is an additional charge, but we will be there waiting unless we are told otherwise.  With that being said, we monitor all flights and can see if there is a delay.  Our driver will be there upon arrival of your flight, not at the time originally expected. 

How do I know I'm safe alone on a long ride?

All of our chauffeurs have passed a background check, but we know a little extra precautions never hurt.  Therefore all of our vehicles have cameras in them which record both audio and video.  These cameras are monitored 24 hour per day by both our dispatch and management team, so you and your driver are never truly alone.

How do I make sure the driver finds me?
<

This depends upon the type of service you are receiving and where you are being picked up at.  When booking a reservation we always try to get as much information as possible like a specific corner or landmark to look for.  With that being said upon arrival our system will automatically text you the chauffeurs name and phone number, so you can contact them.  Our driver will also reach out to you letting you know they have arrived and where they are located.  You will not have to find your chauffeur, they will find you.

When can I call RNR and speak to a person?

With bases around the world, we have staff working in multiple offices and many different time zones, so someone is in the office at all times ready to answer any questions you may have.
